Our research has mainly focused on the following topics,

• Implementation of strong numerical methods at nano to macro scales structures.
• Preparation of polymer and ceramic composites/nanocomposites structures from natural or synthetic fibers via different processes.
• Conducting standard experiments to obtain relevant mechanical behaviors as well as material properties characterizations.
• Electro-thermomechanical behavior of piezo electromechanical smart materials.
• Combination of experimental analyses and computational models for model verification and develop novel advanced multifunctional materials focusing on the above areas. 
• Novel electrode materials of next-generation Lithium-Ion Batteries.
